  1. Improve your diet

2. Be active
Being busy is not an excuse to forgo even the littlest amount of exercise. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to hit the gym to stay active. In fact, a mere 15-minute bike or walk can already boost the endorphin production in your body and make you feel better. 8.      Have a Plan B
If all your efforts failed, get support from a friend or consult a professional. Sometimes, all that you need to release your stresses is by talking about it.
